Eggs

Eggsellent.
Now that the moon tides have changed here come the eggs.
As we stress every year how much of a SEASONAL eat and goodness these are.
We want to give some back round on our dear cluckers. We have not purchased egg laying hens in about if not longer than 6 years.
Our girls and boys for that matter have all been born on farm.
Many assume we are an egg business when we say we are chicken folks but no we are a meat business.
We only run around 60-150 layers a season depending on how long or if we incubate.
On that note we will offer barn yard fertile eggs for hatching the first two weeks of April ONLY.
As your hen hatch rate should start to shift with warmer spring weather.
Also if we have eggs now listed get’m.
We will not be offering eggs this season when CSA starts in June.
Our production will go to our WWOOFers meals and Full share CSA members.
